About this event
We’ve collaborated with The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead for the past year on their Reopening the High Street Safely efforts.
The borough is now using a “tech for good” citizen engagement tool called Hello Lamp Post to engage and empower citizens. By asking its residents and visitors for feedback, the borough will continue to build community support for its Safe Reopening and Recovery strategy and gain customer-driven business intelligence for better decision making.
The webinar will cover:
-
The benefits of citizen engagement, now that the high street is open again.
-
How to engage with citizens, in our ‘new normal’, digital world.
-
How the local government – The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead is using Hello Lamp Post to engage with its community and their plans for the future.
-
Community engagement trends for 2021.
