POWERING UP & LEADING THE WAY PROGRAMMES
Powering Up is a programme for community businesses who need support shifting from an emergency mindset to investing in future planning. The ambition is to support community business leaders, and their teams, as they embark on developing or growing their organisation. Powering Up supports community businesses in the key areas of digital growth, zero carbon and sustainability, and financial resilience, with a cross cutting theme of diversity, equity and inclusion.

LEADING THE WAY PROGRAMME
DigiKind is available to provide the following services under the Power to Change Open Framework:

Mentoring: One-to-one work with business leaders to identify and develop their goals for the programme.

Cohort-based learning sessions: We will provide online and in-person learning sessions, workshops and training. We have experience providing technical management and leadership skills, and will work with our clients to share, learn and problem-solve together.

One-to-one coaching: We will provide each business leader with personal development support throughout the programme.
